Do I need to have rented a home already?
Most preparation services are for clients with a confirmed home and access. A remote viewing can support consideration of a specific property before a final decision, subject to authorised access.
Can you guarantee utility activation dates?
No. We coordinate applications, appointments and follow-up, but provider approval and activation timing remain outside our control.
Is the apartment check a technical inspection?
No. It is a practical visual record and does not replace a survey, engineering inspection or specialist assessment.
Which areas do you serve?
Standard coordination covers Lisbon municipality. Other locations can be reviewed before booking.

In both cases, the starting point is a clear written scope based on the home's actual status.
What we coordinate
Local coordination can include a live remote apartment viewing, a structured visual home check, photo and video reporting, key collection from an authorised contact, standard cleaning preparation, a first grocery setup, utility applications, delivery attendance and practical arrival-day support.
Every task is connected to access, timing and third-party availability. We arrange the order, confirm appointments and keep you updated so a cleaner does not arrive without keys or a delivery is not scheduled before the home can receive it.
How the process works
You tell us what is already arranged, when access becomes available and what should be ready before arrival. We clarify dependencies, confirm the written scope and coordinate the agreed tasks locally. Progress updates identify what is complete, what is waiting for a provider and what still needs your direct approval.
What we do not provide
Ready Home Lisbon does not provide real estate, visa, legal, tax, NIF or bank account consulting or application handling. Our services are limited to pre-arrival home preparation and local coordination.
We do not find homes, negotiate rentals or review lease terms. A visual apartment check is not a technical survey, engineering inspection or hidden-defect assessment. Provider activation dates cannot be guaranteed, and any taxi, TVDE or licensed transfer remains a separate third-party service.
Areas served
Standard coordination is designed for homes within Lisbon municipality, Portugal. Requests outside that area can be reviewed before a scope is confirmed, but travel and feasibility must be assessed first. We do not publish or imply a physical office address that has not been established.
