Four packages

Choose the support that fits your move.

Standard package pricing applies within Lisbon municipality and homes up to T2. Your exact scope is confirmed in writing.

Payment and general conditions

Confirmed before local work begins.

50% of the package price is paid at booking.
The remaining 50% is due before services or key collection begin.
Third-party budgets are collected separately and in advance.
Receipts are shared; unused balances are returned or transferred with written approval.

Requests within 48 hours depend on availability and may include an additional charge.
Services outside Lisbon municipality may include a location supplement.
Client or third-party delays may lead to additional waiting charges.
The final scope and total price are set by written quote and service agreement.
