The check focuses on visible conditions only. It can record room condition, accessible appliances, meter displays, keys received and obvious items that should be raised with the authorised property contact. It does not replace any inspection required by a professional surveyor, engineer, electrician, plumber or other qualified specialist.
What we coordinate
We agree a checklist before visiting so the report reflects your priorities. At the property, we photograph agreed areas, record visible observations and note where access or testing is not possible. Meter photos and a simple room-by-room record can help establish a practical starting point for later preparation.
If something appears unusual, we document what is visible without diagnosing the cause. You can then decide whether to contact the landlord, manager or a qualified professional.

How the process works
You provide the address, access contact and the questions you want covered. We confirm permission and create the checklist. After the visit, you receive the agreed photo record and short notes, including any areas that could not be accessed. Follow-up coordination can then be planned only after you decide how to handle the observations.
What to prepare before you request this service
Share any handover list, inventory or specific visible concern before the visit. Group requests by room and identify the details that matter for the next step, such as meter displays before a utility application or clear floor space before a delivery. This makes the record more practical than a collection of unrelated photographs.
After receiving the update, separate matters that can be documented from those that need a qualified professional. Electrical, structural, plumbing or safety conclusions should be referred to the appropriate specialist rather than inferred from a visual visit.
