Who this service is for
This service is for tenants, international professionals and families who already have a Lisbon home or confirmed access but are still abroad. It is useful when the move-in date is approaching and several practical tasks depend on a local person being present, from receiving keys to checking whether agreed work has been completed.
It also suits clients who can manage some steps themselves but want one written plan for the remaining work. We start with what is already arranged, identify access dependencies and build a realistic sequence around the property, providers and arrival date.
What we coordinate
Preparation can combine visual checks, authorised key collection, standard cleaning coordination, a first grocery setup, utility applications, delivery attendance and arrival-day support. The exact combination depends on the condition of the home, the access available and the tasks you want completed before arrival.
Updates are practical rather than promotional: we confirm appointments, document visible progress and flag decisions that still need your approval.
- Written scope and access plan
- Photo-confirmed progress where appropriate
- Coordination within Lisbon municipality
- Clear separation of third-party arrangements
How the process works
First, you share the property status, key contact, target date and priorities. We clarify what can be completed remotely, what needs authorisation and what depends on a landlord, building manager or provider. Once the scope is confirmed, tasks are scheduled in a sensible order so cleaning is not arranged before unfinished work or deliveries are not accepted before access is secure.
During coordination, you receive updates and questions when a choice is required. The final handover focuses on what was completed, what remains pending and which third-party documents or appointments still require your action.
What to prepare before you request this service
Before coordination starts, gather the address, access contact, target completion date and a short list of priorities. Note what has already been promised by the landlord or agent and which purchases or appointments you have approved. This gives every participant the same working version of the plan.
Keep sensitive identity, banking and tenancy documents out of the website form. If a provider later needs customer verification, use that provider's official channel and confirm which part must be completed by the account holder.
Limitations and important boundaries
Ready Home Lisbon does not find homes, negotiate a tenancy or review a lease. Visual checks are not technical surveys or engineering inspections. Provider approval and activation dates remain outside our control, and taxis, TVDE journeys or licensed transfers are arranged and paid as third-party services.
Ready Home Lisbon does not provide real estate, visa, legal, tax, NIF or bank account consulting or application handling. Our services are limited to pre-arrival home preparation and local coordination.
