What we coordinate
We coordinate the viewing appointment, attend the address and connect with you by live video for an agreed period. The walkthrough can cover accessible rooms, visible equipment, common areas and nearby practical points. Photos and a concise summary can record items that deserve another question after the call.
Neighbourhood orientation is practical and limited to what can be observed around the address: nearby transport points, groceries, pharmacies and everyday stops. It is not a recommendation about investment potential or a guarantee about an area.

How the process works
Before the appointment, you share the listing, contact details, access instructions and the questions that matter to you. We confirm what the authorised contact allows us to show. During the call, you direct the walkthrough and can ask us to revisit visible details. Afterwards, we organise the agreed photos and notes so you have a clear record for your own decision.
What to prepare before you request this service
Prepare questions room by room and rank them before the appointment. Include practical points that photographs may not answer, such as storage depth, window orientation, visible street noise, lift access and the position of large appliances. A structured list helps the live walkthrough stay useful within the agreed time.
Ask the property contact in advance whether photographs and video are permitted. Keep the listing and any floor plan open during the call so visible details can be compared without turning the visit into a technical or legal assessment.
Limitations and important boundaries
